High Solids Clearcoat 12.500
High Solids Clearcoat 12.500 is a high-performance, two-component acrylic polyurethane clearcoat used for automotive refinishing. It features fast drying, high solids content, and good weather resistance. It has excellent gloss retention, resulting in a superb finish.
Product Description
Preparation/Application:
For 5 parts by volume of 12,500 High Solids Clearcoat, add 1 part by volume of Hardener 125 or 126.
Apply 3 coats at 40 to 50 lbs/in2, with an interval of 5 to 10 minutes between coats.
Air Dry (25°C):
Touch: 30 minutes
Handling: 4 hours
Polishing: 24 hours
Oven (60°C):
Polishing: 45 minutes
