High-performance, two-component polyurethane primer suitable for preparing ferrous surfaces for all types of finishes. It has a high solids content, excellent filling power, fast drying, and easy sanding. It offers good adhesion and hardness.

Preparation/Application
For 6 parts by volume of Primer PU HS Gray 9500, add 1 part by volume of Hardener 095/195 and 20% by volume of Thinner to the catalyzed mixture. Apply 3 to 4 coats, with an interval of 5 to 10 minutes between coats.
Air Dry (25°C):
» Dust Dry: 10 minutes
» Touch Dry: 30 minutes
» Sanding: 4 hours
Oven Dry (60°C):
Sanding: 45 minutes
